  7. Digitran's portable WS3000 is designed to simulate well control function and
  8. problem scenarios in both land-based and offshore drilling; wells up to 99,999
  9. feet and water depths up to 10,000 feet are accurately simulated. The WS3000
  10. consists of: 1) 80486 PC with 80 MB hard drive, 3.5-inch floppy drive, 4 MB
  11. RAM, UNIX operating system, well control software, panel test software, and a
  12. modem for online support and access to software upgrades, 2) Driller's Console,
  13. 3) Remote Choke Console, 4) 19-inch DigiGraphics Color Monitor, 5) Instructor's
  14. Terminal with monochrome monitor and keyboard. Digitran also offers a variety
  15. of optional equipment and software to meet specific training needs. The WS3000
  16. allows instructor controlled or student induced problems and conditions
  17. including: differential sticking, bit bearing wear, ram failure, lost
  18. circulation, drill string twistoff, key seat sticking, cut-out choke, annual
  19. leak, increased torque and drag, and delayed failures.
